Hi, I’m Angie — the heart behind Flourish Your Birth Journey. I’m a birth worker and motherhood photographer with a deep love for all things bump, birth, and baby. For over 20 years, I’ve been capturing intimate maternity, newborn, and family moments, but my work has always been about more than photography — it’s about holding women through one of the most transformative seasons of their lives. My presence is calm, grounded, and deeply supportive, creating space for you to feel safe, seen, and truly honoured in your motherhood journey.
My passion for placenta work began from a place of both curiosity and longing. As a mother of four, I never saw or experienced my own placentas — they were swept away, labelled as medical waste — and I felt deeply robbed of such a sacred part of my motherhood journey. Learning that, outside of the camelid family, we are one of the only species that don’t naturally honour or consume this incredible organ sparked something profound in me. What began as curiosity became a full-body knowing — and now, a deep reverence for this work. I trained with APPA, the world’s leading placenta association, ensuring your placenta is handled with the highest standards of care, safety, and respect.
Today, I offer a comprehensive placenta service that blends my love for birth work and storytelling, including a Fresh 48 session at the time of placenta collection. Because how could I not bring my camera when i personally collect your placenta?

Investment: $485 — $135 to book & secure your due date (only 3 due dates per week are booked). Balance of $350 is due on or before collecting your placenta.
